Registration Information
Registration for the 2025-26 school year opens Monday, March 3
Preschool Registration
To register you will need:
- Student Registration Form 2025-26
- Family Registration Form 2025-26
- Original Certified Birth Certificate (the office will make a copy)
- If Catholic, a copy of Baptismal Record
- Current physical and immunization record
- $200 family registration fee
Kindergarten – 8th Grade Registration
To register you will need:
- Student Registration Form 2025-26
- Family Registration Form 2025-26
- Family School Agreement (Catholic Parishioner) OR Family School Agreement (Other Faith Traditions)
- Original Certified Birth Certificate (the office will make a copy)
- If Catholic, a copy of Baptismal Record
- Current physical and immunization record
- $200 family registration fee
Registration Fee
For Preschool - 8th Grade there is a $200 Family Registration Fee due at registration.
This fee is non-refundable unless your child cannot be enrolled due to a full class size.
Please note: if you are new to our school we require a current physical and up-to date immunizations before the start of the school year.
