Our 6th graders joined Fr. Joe as he burned the blessed palms from Palm Sunday to create our ashes for Ash Wednesday.
Every year Fr. Joe gives a lesson to our 6th grade class about Ash Wednesday and Lent while burning palms to create ashes.
