ELECTION OF OFFICERS!

WHAT is it??  Supports and promotes the extra-curricular programs at Christ the King School. This support includes all extra-curricular programs and activities available at the school including, but not limited to athletics, Junior Crusaders, Speech Club, Math Counts, Band, and Scholastic Bowl.  The Booster Club was been formed to provide support, both financially and through participation, and to assist in the organization of extra-curricular programs. 

WHO is it??  All parents of students in Christ the King School are members of the Booster Club.  In addition, all current and former parish members and Christ the King School alumni can be members of the club by paying an annual fee

HOW can you help??  There are many ways that you can help...

Serve as an Officer

Elections for President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer will take place at the September 18^th meeting – 7:00 in the Gym

Fundraising

The Committee coordinates fundraising efforts for the Booster Club, with all fundraising receiving prior approval by the School Board. 

Gate/Concessions

The committee shall coordinate the gates and concessions at the various extra-curricular events.  Coordinates volunteer schedules and ordering of supplies.  All Sports parents will be scheduled to work in the concession stand during home games.

Dance

The Committee organizes the Junior High Dance and Food Drive Competition.

Extra Curricular Representative

Pick your extra curricular program (Band, Math Counts, etc.) and represent their needs to the booster club. 

Publicity/Promotions

The Committee prepares information about extra-curricular activities and students involved in the activities in an effort to recognize students, raise student involvement, and raise the level of school spirit – including Pack the Gym nights.

To volunteer, fill out the back of this form and return to school by September 28 – OR just show up at our next meeting September 18^th in the Gym.
